Welcoming Rune Haug as Vice President of Operations at Aspen Risk Management Group

We are excited to announce Rune Haug as the new Vice President of Operations at Aspen Risk Management Group, a TRISTAR Company. With over 20 years of leadership experience in professional services, safety, consulting, and training, Rune has a proven track record of driving operational success and delivering exceptional client results.

Originally from Norway, Rune has lived in the U.S. for 27 years and currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and two children. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is certified in project and change management. His global experience, fluency in multiple languages, and cross-industry expertise will bring valuable insights to both Aspen and TRISTAR.

Rune joins us from DEKRA, where he spent the past decade overseeing business operations and safety initiatives across five units. Before that, he worked for nine years at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing large-scale safety and consulting projects for clients in aviation, postal services, logistics, and transportation. His expertise and commitment to operational excellence make him the ideal leader to drive Aspen's continued growth.
