Welcome to the participant portal, all participants must create a new account to access the system. 

 

To create a new account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on Go To Portal
  2. Click I'm a new Member
  3. Complete the Member Registration Form

 

Please keep track of login information in a secure place, including password information and answers to security questions. (ADD "Go To Portal" button similar to the one under provider tools)

 

Employee Tools

The provider portal is not self-registering and all provider will need to fill out and submit this online registration form to gain access to the portal. Please allow for a 10-12 business day turnaround for registration.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

Max of two accounts should be created per TIN. Please create one account for your group rather than per staff member. Turnover in office staff may lead to complications in password and account reset when troubleshooting.
