Jimmy Dyer Promoted to Vice President of the Southeast U.S. & Texas Region at TRISTAR

With over 32 years of experience in sales, client service, and claims management, Jimmy’s exceptional leadership and deep industry knowledge have made him a key asset to TRISTAR since he joined the company in 2002.

Jimmy has demonstrated a proven ability to deliver value-added claims management solutions throughout his career. He consistently provides clients with innovative problem-solving ideas and strategies to enhance program performance. Known for his consultative approach, Jimmy has excelled in evaluating client needs and developing tailored solutions to ensure the success and satisfaction of TRISTAR’s clients.

At TRISTAR, Jimmy has overseen all client and new business development in Texas. His expertise in TPA management has been integral to TRISTAR’s growth and its ability to deliver top-tier service to its clients. His continued commitment to excellence has helped strengthen TRISTAR’s presence in Texas, and he is excited to expand his focus to include the Southeast U.S. region.

Before joining TRISTAR, Jimmy honed his skills as a Branch Manager and Account Executive at EOS Claims Services/Millennium Claims Services, where he successfully established the company’s Texas office and built its reputation in the state. Additionally, he served as Branch Manager at Alexsis, Inc. and began his career as an adjuster with Employers Insurance of Texas.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas, and is a licensed Texas Multi-line Adjuster. He is dedicated to continuous learning in the industry and regularly takes classes to stay current on the latest trends and developments in claims management.
